Shipping Fees & Refunds

  • Non-Refundable Policy: Please note that shipping, handling, and freight charges are non-refundable.
  • In the event of a return or exchange at the customer's request, only the purchase price of the merchandise will be refunded. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Make to Order (MTO) Items

Because these items are personalized and made just for you, they follow a different fulfillment process:

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2 weeks for your banner to be processed and shipped.
  • Return Policy: Due to the personalized nature of these products, all MTO items are Final Sale and Non-Returnable.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed the following business day. Our distribution center is closed on major US holidays.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or text containing your FedEx tracking number. Title of the products transfers to you when your order is fulfilled and shipped.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Contact the Zermat Business Center (CNZ) at 1-877-659-1552 to open a claim folio.
  2. We will manage a claim with FedEx (typically 3–5 business days for investigation)
  3. Zermat USA reserves the right to resend the order based on the carrier's investigation results.

Address Changes & Fees

  • Address Change (In-Transit): A $19.⁹⁰ fee will apply for changes made after the order has been shipped.
  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a $19.⁹⁰ re-shipping fee will be required.
  • Order Cancellation: Cancellations requested after an order is placed are subject to a $19.⁹⁰ administrative fee.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to the contiguous United States. We regret that we are currently unable to ship directly to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, or Military Bases (APO/FPO/DPO).
