It also describes how we may use, share, protect, and update such information.
Please note that this Policy does not apply to the privacy practices or policies of third parties with whom we may share information in accordance with this Policy, including technology providers, payment processors, shipping carriers, and Zermat Independent Affiliates/Entrepreneurs.

2. Zermat Independent Affiliates/Entrepreneurs
Zermat Independent Affiliates or Entrepreneurs are independent contractors of Zermat USA and are not employees of the company. Although Zermat USA encourages them to treat customer information confidentially, honor opt-out requests, and act in compliance with applicable laws, each Independent Affiliate/Entrepreneur may have their own practices regarding the collection, use, or sharing of information.
3. Personal Information We May Collect
Personal information is information that identifies or may identify an individual. Zermat USA may collect information such as:

If you participate in the Zermat USA Compensation Plan, your information may be retained for one year or for as long as the Affiliate/Entrepreneur account shows any record of activity.
Zermat USA will retain your information as long as you are a customer and your account remains active in our system. If you decide to discontinue your relationship with us, we will delete your information within a reasonable timeframe (unless otherwise specified through a Privacy Rights request). We are required by law to retain certain records for business purposes such as legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, but we will not retain them longer than necessary. In some cases, we may retain information in a de-identified form, meaning personal identifiers have been removed and you cannot reasonably be re-identified.
10. Updating, Accessing, or Correcting Information
If you wish to update, correct, or review personal information provided to Zermat USA, you may log into the official portals available, including my.zermatusa.com when applicable, or contact the Zermat Business Center (CNZ) at 1-877-659-1552 regarding affiliate matters, orders, claims, or business processes.
11. Minors
Zermat USA recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy and security of minors. Registrations involving minors or Affiliates/Entrepreneurs permitted under business policies must comply with the authorization, verification, and control requirements established by Zermat USA and applicable law.
Our online services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect information online from individuals under the age of 16.
12. Changes to This Policy
Zermat USA may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, technological, legal, or business changes. The current version will be the one published through Zermat USAโs official channels, including www.zermatusa.com and/or my.zermatusa.com, as applicable.
We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law.
