Zermat processes all NEW RECRUITMENT applications as long as they are together with their first order of $125.00 or more in commissionable items (product A). ARE YOU AWARE OF ZERMAT?S DIFFERENT METHOD OF PAYMENTS?

At ZERMAT DISTRIBUTION CENTERS: You may pay with Cash, Credit Cards, including debit and/or prepaid cards. may only pay with Credit Cards, including debit and/or prepaid cards. Money Order orders will be delivered present at time to personally deliver money order payment to Fedex or UPS.

DO YOU KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PRODUCT A AND PRODUCT B?

PRODUCT A: Are all the products listed in the Zermat catalog and which value is added onto your monthly purchases for bonuses, commissions, incentives, trips, etc?

PRODUCT B: It includes all your support and necessary materials. These are used as advertising, training, demonstration or up-selling tools to help you grow your personal business; DOES NOT count towards incentives or any other promo. Examples: Fragrance samples, catalogs, monthly specials, newspaper, magazine, etc...

help you sell more. We will mail you one to your home or mailing address at the beginning of each month, at no additional cost. It is important to update any change of address in order to keep up with all the great offers we send.

You may purchase additional monthly specials, together with any of your orders, through our BUSINESS CENTER or at any of our Zermat Distribution Centers for $2.85 in packs of you distribute to your current and potential clients, the more money you will make at the end. This is a simple way to make money and reach out to new clients. IMPORTANT: The first two pages contain important information just for YOU. These are our special offers incentives and gifts available to you. It is important to remove these pages before showing the monthly deals to your customers.

1.- If you purchase products from the Zermat Distribution Center (CDZ), tell the attendant to show you the two kinds of 1sample kits available.
2.- If you place your order through the Zermat Business Center, ask the executive who takes your order to include a sample set along with your order.

HOW CAN A RECRUIT A NEW CONSULTANT?

It is very simple! Just submit an application with the following information on the New Consultant:

1. Complete Name

2. Date of Birth

3. Social Security, Driver License or Passport Number; in case any of these
numbers is not available, we need you to submit copy of any other available
Photo ID document.

4. Residence Address

5. Phone Number

6. Sponsor’s Name and Zermat ID Number

7. Signature

You can take the application to your closest Zermat  Distribution Center location or fax it to 866-937-6281 or 713-784-4330.Just 5 days after your application has been submitted and approved, your new Recruit can begin to place orders and start making money with Zermat!

WHAT IS THE REQUIRED MINIMUM AMOUNT OF MY FIRST MONTHLY PURCHASE?

1.- If you are a new Consultant, our purchase must be $125.00 (Commissionable Products), plus your preferred Recruitment Kit.

2.- If you are an Active Consultant, your minimum purchase must be of $100.00 (Commissionable Product).

3.- If you are a Qualified Consultant or higher, your minimum purchase must be a minimum of $150.00 in order to keep receiving a commission check.

If you make additional purchases during the month, the purchase amount may be lower, but remember: The bigger your purchase, the more benefits you obtain, because you can:
• Have access to exclusive Consultant Promotions

• Pay less for shipping

You are allowed to obtain up to 3 promotional pieces each month, based upon your recruitment and sales achievements, but now you will be able to obtain more.
The number of new Recruits you completed last month is equivalent to the number of promotional pieces you will be able to obtain.

FOR EXAMPLE: You recruited 4 people in May (4 items)+ 3 items you are allowed to get each month = You obtain up to 7 Favorite Product, Zemana Zermat and Zermat Zelebration items A benefit exclusive to Zermat Leaders!

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT MY SHIPPING COST IS?

The shipping cost depends on your order amount, as shown below:

Orders from: $1.00 to $125.00 Shipping cost is $15.95

Orders from: $125.01 to $225.00 Shipping cost is $12.95

Orders from: $225.01 to $350.99 Shipping cost is $12.35

Orders from: $351.00 and over Shipping cost is 3%


We recommend you place orders over $225.01 (Consultant Price) in order to obtain cost effective shipping fares and to obtain more  incentive prizes, points for travel and larger commission checks $$$!

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT: WHAT CAN I DO?
When purchasing at our Distribution Center, make sure at time of purchase that your product is in good state. If an acquired product has a defect, the manager of the CDZ will immediately be able make an exchange.

If you make your order thru the Business Center or Online, please call 1-877-659-1552 to report the defective product.
Remember you only have 30 days after you have placed your order to report the defective product and to make the Exchange. Never dispose of the product, because it is necessary to send it back in order to process an exchange.

INSTRUCTIONS TO RETURN DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
1.- Place the product(s) inside a box sized according to the product dimensions and shape. Make sure the product is properly protected inside the box.

2.- Seal the box with adhesive tape.

3.- Attach the prepaid mailing sticker.

4.- Deliver the package to your closest UPS or USPS location.
And do not worry: We cover all Shipping Expenses!
